What are digital templates?
They are files you customize or print yourself. No physical item is shipped. Each product page states its formats, editing limits and software requirements.
What does “In the studio” mean?
These are visual concepts for possible future products. They are not open for orders or preorders, and no downloadable files are attached. Their planned contents, formats and indicative prices can change before release.
What software does the Wedding Day Handoff Kit need?
The workbook is designed for desktop Microsoft Excel, which is not included. For type-in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop is recommended. Blank PDFs can be printed and completed by hand. A desktop or laptop is recommended for setup.
Can I change the design?
Spreadsheet cells and formatting are editable. In the PDF versions, prepared text fields can be completed but layouts, headings, fonts and colors are fixed. No Canva version is included. Check each product page for its editing options.
Do the Excel and PDF versions update together?
No. They are separate workflows. Excel calculates the specific times, dates, balances and review flags described on the product page. PDF entries and totals are manual.
Can I use the wedding kit for clients?
Yes. The license allows one purchaser or planning business to reuse it for unlimited weddings they personally plan or coordinate. Completed event files can be shared with that event team. You cannot resell or redistribute the blank templates.
How do I print?
Choose US Letter or A4 to match your paper, then print PDFs at 100%. Spreadsheet print areas vary by product; check the preview before printing. Check one completed proof before printing a full packet.
How do website and Etsy purchases differ?
They are separate checkouts. Website orders are handled through this website; Etsy orders are downloaded through Etsy in a web browser. You do not need to buy the same kit twice. For an Etsy order, contact the shop through Etsy Messages.
Which products include Google Sheets?
Content, Considered and The Numbers Edit include native Google Sheets master and worked-example copy links. A free Google account is required to make your own copy. The wedding kit is Excel/PDF only, and Life, in Order is PDF only.
Where can I get help?
Email jaffcollective@gmail.com with your order reference, the filename, and the software and device you are using. Please do not include card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information.
How will I receive a website purchase?
A verified Stripe payment unlocks the files for your purchased products on the order confirmation page. Save the files, your receipt and the order reference. Browser download access lasts 24 hours; email support with your receipt for help after that or on another device. No purchase or download is available for studio concepts.
