ETSY PURCHASES

Find your Etsy files.

Download from Etsy in a web browser. Etsy’s mobile app does not currently provide digital-file downloads. If your product includes ZIP files, extract them on your computer.

Open Etsy purchases

An Etsy purchase does not require a second purchase on this website.

From download
to working copy.

Open the guide first.

Start with 01_Start_Here.pdf. It explains the formats and setup for your purchase. Extract any included ZIP files before using their contents.

Use the right format.

Some products are editable; others are ready to print. The product guide explains the options. Birthday-card artwork and wording are fixed.

Save a copy. Check a proof.

Keep the original files. Save your changes under a new name and check a plain-paper proof before printing on your chosen paper.

Can I change the design?

Editing options depend on the product. Spreadsheet cells and formatting are editable; fillable PDF fields can be completed, but their layouts are fixed. Birthday-card artwork and wording cannot be edited. No Canva version is included.

Do the Excel and PDF versions update together?

No. They are separate workflows. Excel calculates the specific times, dates, balances and review flags described on the product page. PDF entries and totals are manual.

Can I use the wedding kit for clients?

Yes. The license allows one purchaser or planning business to reuse it for unlimited weddings they personally plan or coordinate. Completed event files can be shared with that event team. You cannot resell or redistribute the blank templates.

How do I print?

Use the paper size specified on the product page and in its printing guide, then print PDFs at 100%. Spreadsheet print areas vary by product; check the preview before printing. Check one completed proof before printing a full packet.

How do website and Etsy purchases differ?

Each product page shows its purchase option. “Buy on Etsy” opens Etsy for checkout and downloads in a web browser. Products with “Add to bag” can be purchased through this website’s Stripe checkout. You do not need to buy the same product twice. For an Etsy order, contact the shop through Etsy Messages.
