Start with 01_Start_Here.pdf. Extract the three ZIPs before opening the files inside.
Use desktop Excel for the workbook or a PDF form reader for manual type-in forms. They do not synchronize.
Keep the original files. Save your changes under a new name and test one completed page before printing the packet.
The workbook is designed for desktop Microsoft Excel, which is not included. For type-in PDFs, Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop is recommended. Blank PDFs can be printed and completed by hand. A desktop or laptop is recommended for setup.
Spreadsheet cells and formatting are editable. In the PDF versions, prepared text fields can be completed but layouts, headings, fonts and colors are fixed. No Canva version is included. Check each product page for its editing options.
No. They are separate workflows. Excel calculates the specific times, dates, balances and review flags described on the product page. PDF entries and totals are manual.
Yes. The license allows one purchaser or planning business to reuse it for unlimited weddings they personally plan or coordinate. Completed event files can be shared with that event team. You cannot resell or redistribute the blank templates.
Choose US Letter or A4 to match your paper, then print PDFs at 100%. Spreadsheet print areas vary by product; check the preview before printing. Check one completed proof before printing a full packet.
