About this store

Jaff Collective is a digital-product business operated from the United States. For product or order questions, contact the studio. These terms describe purchases made through this website. Purchases through Etsy are subject to Etsy’s checkout terms and the applicable listing and shop policies.

Digital delivery

Products are digital files, not physical goods or a customization service. Software, devices, printing and third-party subscriptions are not included unless a product page expressly says otherwise. Read the format, capacity and editing details before buying.

When website checkout is enabled, payments are processed through Stripe. A successful payment must be verified before download access is provided. Download the files from the order confirmation page and keep a backup and your order reference. Browser download access lasts 24 hours; contact support with your receipt or order reference if you need access again.

Studio concepts

Items marked “In the studio” are illustrative product concepts. They cannot be purchased, preordered or downloaded. Proposed features, formats, images and indicative prices may change. Viewing a concept does not reserve a product or guarantee a future release.

Prices and checkout

Prices are displayed in US dollars. The total shown at checkout is the amount you authorize, including any tax applied there. The finished products are one-time purchases, with no recurring charges. If checkout is not yet open, the website will say so and will not accept payment.

Permitted use

Purchasing grants the usage rights stated in the included product license; it does not transfer ownership of the original template design. The Wedding Day Handoff Kit permits personal and client-event use for one purchaser or planning business, with no resale or redistribution of blank templates. Read the license and usage guide.

Using your files

Save a backup of the original download and edit a working copy. Check completed pages, print proofs and real event details before relying on them. Templates support your planning; they do not provide a planning service, guarantee outcomes or replace supplier agreements, professional advice or your own checks.

Problems, refunds and consumer rights

If files are missing, corrupt, inaccessible or not as described, contact jaffcollective@gmail.com. See our refunds and file-support page. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Updates

The terms displayed when you place an order apply to that order. Later changes to these pages do not reduce the rights granted with an earlier purchase.
