TYPE-IN PDFS
Type into the prepared fields in Adobe Acrobat Reader desktop. Save your own working copy and complete only the pages you need.
The PDF design is fixed. Entries are manual, and PDFs do not synchronize with spreadsheets.
PRINT PACKETS
Separate blank PDF packets make it easy to print a page for handwriting. Choose the paper size that matches your printer.
Print at Actual size / 100%. Check one proof before printing the full packet. No physical items are supplied.
