Wedding Day Handoff Kit

Customize and reuse the kit for unlimited weddings you personally plan or coordinate, including paid client events. Print the pages you need. Share completed event files with that event’s couple, suppliers and coordination team so they can carry out the plan.

Keep original templates and working copies within your own purchaser or planning-business workflow.

Content, Considered & The Numbers Edit

One purchaser or business may customize and reuse these files for its own internal work. Completed exports may be shared with your own team or adviser. Blank templates cannot be transferred to clients or other businesses.

Life, in Order

One purchaser or household may reuse the forms for its own home. Share completed relevant pages with household members or agreed helpers. This does not include distributing blank templates.

What is not included

You may not resell, give away, sublicense or publicly distribute blank templates, editable source masters, or lightly edited versions as standalone products. Do not upload the masters to a template library, file-sharing marketplace or public download page.

No private-label rights (PLR), master resale rights (MRR), exclusivity, trademark rights or ownership of the underlying original layouts are granted.

Editing and compatibility

Excel cells and formatting can be edited, including formula cells. Keep a backup before changing the structure. The PDF text fields and checkboxes are editable; its headings, layouts, fonts and colors are fixed. Excel and PDF files do not synchronize.

What this applies to

This summary covers the four finished products. The license included with each download contains its detailed terms. Studio concept previews do not provide downloadable templates or grant a license to a future product.

Original work and resources

The wedding kit includes original layouts and written content developed for Jaff Collective. Font notices are included with the buyer files where applicable. No third-party font purchase is required to use the delivered kit.
